You want to capture and export all the SAP HANA database parameters. So, here is the steps to do it,
Launch the SAP HANA Studio. Go to Catalog > SYS > Views. Sort the Views with M_INIFILE_CONTENTS.
Right click on M_INIFILE_CONTENTS and choose Open Data Preview. You will see the SAP HANA Database parameters launched at the right section of SAP HANA Studio.
So, to export, click on Save icon and from there, you can select to export the file as in delimited text file, HTML file or XML file.
