You can use the report RS_ICF_SERV_ADMIN_TASKS to extract the list of both active and inactive SICF services from your SAP system. This can be done by executing the report through transaction code SE38.
Once the report has been executed, the result can be exported into a CSV file. You can then open the CSV file using Microsoft Excel for further review, filtering, or documentation purposes.
