Go to Start and open the Windows Control Panel. Search for “Firewall” and open the Windows Firewall.
On the left panel, click on Advanced Settings.
The Windows Firewall with Advanced Security prompt out. Right click on Inbound Rules and select New Rule.
Select Port for the rule type and click Next.
Select TCP and define the port number. Click Next.
On this Action stage, you can select the option Allow the connection.
Select when does the rule to apply – Domain, Private and Public.
Finally, enter the name and description to this rule.
