The report IUUC_CHECK_SEQUENCE_TIMESTAMP reads the logging table entries in the sender system according to the sequence of the SEQUENCE field and checks if this corresponds to the sequence of the timestamp values.
If there are deviations (higher sequence number but lower time stamp value) this is listed.
