1. Go to Start -> Administrative Tools -> Terminal Services Configurations. Refer to the below picture, Right Click on connection and select Properties.
2. From the Properties box, choose Session tab and proceed the setting for terminal services timeout.
Additional note:
You can set the user to disconnect automatically at any time based on your time setting. In this example, i set to 3 hours, so if the user is idle exceeded 3 hours, the system will automatically kick the user from the terminal services.
