In Application Link Enabling (ALE), the report RBDSE_VCHARVAL distributes vendor characteristic values to an external system (R3 or third-party) by sending it through IDocs.
Prerequisites
A dependency is defined between the vendor characteristic value IDoc (message type VCHARVAL) and the vendor master IDoc (message type CREMAS).
The distribution model has to be maintained in a way that vendor characteristic values IDocs can be sent only to logical systems where vendor master data is also sent.
