Reorganizing interface tables improves the performance of the current transfer report. We recommend you schedule the report RCATSRIF periodically as a background job.
The report enables you to reorganize the time sheet interface tables by deleting data records that have already been transferred to the target components from their respective interface tables.
Integration
If you only want to reorganize HR interface tables, you can do this directly from the HR data transfer report RPTEXTPT. You can select Transfer/delete or Only delete.

You can reorganize the following interface tables using the report RCATSRIF:
- CATSCO (Controlling)
- PTEX2000 (Human Resources: infotypes 2001 and 2002)
- PTEX2010 (Human Resources: infotype 2010)
- CATSMM (Materials Management)
- CATSPM (Plant Maintenance/ Customer Service)
- CATSPS (Project System)
- You select the records to be deleted according to a period or personnel numbers.
- The system only deletes records from the interface tables that have already been transferred to the target components.
- In the selection screen, you can select several interface tables to be reorganized at once.
- If you select Log, the report displays a log of the deleted data records.
