You can use this program to create standard templates for particular user interfaces of the Cross-Application Time Sheet. Standard templates contain frequently used working time attributes.
Integration
You can use standard templates in the following user interfaces of the Cross-Application Time Sheet:
- CATS classic
- CATS regular

Features
You can use this program to define any user’s existing personal template as the standard template for a particular data entry profile. If a user has not created a personal template, the system uses the standard template when the user accesses time recording using this data entry profile.
You require a personal template to create a standard template because the system carries out all necessary checks, such as checking the validity of account assignment objects, only when a personal template is created in the Time Sheet.
If you have defined a personal template as the standard template, you can delete the personal template. Any subsequent changes to the personal template do not affect the standard template.
