Facts
Customer master records are created and maintained in the financial accounting and sales departments. This can lead to customer accounts existing in Financial Accounting but not in Sales and Distribution.

Customer master data comparison enables you to display the different ways in which accounts have been maintained in the financial accounting and sales departments.
The initial instruction is:
- Check all customers created in company codes wwww (…) as to whether they exist in sales area xxxxyyzz (…).
- Check all customers created in sales area xxxxyyzz, as to whether they exist in company codes www (…).
Requirements
Entries
The customer accounts can be limited with the help of selection criteria. These include the account number and/or the creation date of the customer record.
The parameter Additional heading enables you to display information on individual lists in the page header.
You can also enter specific details for the accounting and/or sales departments.
Using the selection parameters, you can set the master data comparison for one application.
