Use
In the CRM and EBP environment in particular you can use this report to view the attribute values assigned to a scenario, and to replace them either partially or fully.
Selection
In the first line, select a scenario. Then, on the rest of the selection screen, you can enter up to ten attributes assigned to the scenario, their old values and the new ones. On the right hand side you indicate for each attribute whether the system should fully or partly replace the value. Choose ‘Execute’ (F8) to display the desired replacement.
Output
Here you see a preview of the replacement. Select the lines that you want to change in the database and choose ‘Replace’ (Ctrl+Shift+F2). The system then removes the successfully changed lines from the display.
Activities
Choose ‘Replace’ (Strg+Shift+F2) to change the selected lines in the database.
