RSCDOK99 : Delete Change Documents
Purpose
All change documents of OBJECTCLAS are deleted.
OBJECT = ‘*’ –> CAUTION: All documents are deleted that are older than the “until date” if specified.
Before you use this delete program, check whether if would be better to archive the data and then delete the data. Once you have deleted data with this program, you can no longer read the data. If you archive the data, you can still read the archive.
Selection
Change Document Object
Object class of the change document, such as “MATERIAL, EINKBELEG”, and is mandatory.
Transaction code
Transaction in which a change was made
User
User name of the person responsible in change document
To Date
The change documents of the object class whose “created on” date is lower than the “until” date are deleted.
No Header Information Display
No header information is displayed for the deleted documents.
Old Header Information Display
The header information is displayed in a list.
ALV Header Information Display
The header information is displayed in an ALV list. This list can be used in dialog mode only, but it can be downloaded.
Test Run
If this checkbox is selected, the program is started as a test run by default. No documents are deleted yet, but the list is created. Only when the checkbox is deselected can the records be deleted in the database.
