You can use report RSSOMOVE to execute the reorganization of inbox in your SAP system. Alternatively, you can use the transaction code SOY6.
As an example, define the number of documents and minimum age of documents (days). Enter the username specifically or you can put * to apply the reorganization for all the users. The execution will take longer time if your SAP system is having huge number of users. You can check the Test run box for testing purposes.
You will get the result as similar as below screenshot. The result will tells you the username, inbox number and stored number.
