RSSOPRRP: Check the BCS Profile Settings

Report RSSOPRRP is used to check and repair the SAPOffice profile SOPR. You can get the program from the transaction code SE38.

Errors occurred in the Business Workplace or when sending messages to external e-mail addresses:

  • Folders are incorrectly displayed or disappear from the tree navigation in Business Workplace as soon as you select them.
  • When sending e-mails to an external e-mail address, you receive n error message that the recipient does not exist.

Cause:

Inconsistency in the BCS profile settings

Solution:

The report checks the BCS profile settings, and corrects them, if necessary.
