The program RSUSR007 is use to display the users which is having incomplete address data in the SAP system. You get the below screenshot by using the transaction code SE38.
You can also select the output criteria from the person information (default selected with Last / First name) , search terms or communication.
The result will shows you all the criteria (person, search terms, communication) which you have selected before the execution.
