
If the user is lock after the unsuccessful log in attempts , the user will be only locked until midnight. By default, the lock will be automatically removed at midnight. The default value is set to 1 which mean the lock will applies only on the same day. The disable the parameter, set the value to 0.
To define this, you can go to transaction code RZ10, select Instance Profile and Extended Maintenance. Find and adjust the parameter login/failed_user_auto_unlock accordingly.
