You can use report SCWB_NOTE_MONITOR to monitor and check the SNOTE logs. This can be execute by using transaction code SE38 or SA38.
From the initial screen, you can select,
- Note Log
- Download
- Processing Status
- Locked in Request
- Processor
- Correction Instructions Log
You can also define the Start (Date, Time), End (Date, Time), Request and the Note accordingly. Press Execute (F8) to get the result.
The output as below and from here, you will get all the activity logs on SNOTE.
