Below screenshot shows the high thickness level of blinking cursor. If you want to increase or decrease the thickness – Follow below steps.

Navigate through below,
Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Ease of Access Center > Make the computer easier to see
You can set the thickness based on the numbers given, 1 – most lowest and 10 – most highest. You can see the result on the preview field.
