When you are saving data from the SAP screen, the system will automatically locate the default directory of your computer. You can manually change the default location to the desired location – which means you need to manually change the location every time you are saving the data.
Instead of manual entry, you can set / change the default location by using transaction code SO21. Just execute the transaction code and enter the desired location. Press Enter and as result, the save location location will point to the new directory.
Alternatively, you can use transaction code SU3 (Maintain User Profiler), jump to Parameters tab.
Add GR8 in the parameter ID and enter the parameter value, which is your default save location. Click on save to activate the changes.
