Diagnosis
A requested database action could not be carried out.
Procedure
First try to repeat the action which caused this message. If the database action again cannot be carried out, find out the cause of the error using the analysis tool in the database utility.
There might be an inconsistency between the table definition in the ABAP Dictionary and the existing nametab (runtime object for the table).
