You are getting the below error message while trying to connect with the Windows Remote Desktop service,
The remote session was disconnected because there are no
Remote Desktop License Servers available to provide a license.
Please contact the server administrator.

Solution
For a temporary workaround, to bypass the error message, you can add /admin to the hostname or IP address of the target RDP server.

Else, open the gpedit.msc (use WIN+R) and navigate to,
Computer Configuration\ Administrative Templates\ Windows Components\ Remote Desktop Services\ Remote Desktop Session Host\ Licensing
Change both state to Enabled,
- Use the specified Remote Desktop license servers
- Set the Remote Desktop licensing mode
