You can use report /UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP to delete the UI2 cache after the support package import. The report is needed because the new content which been imported into system is not reflected in the UI2 cache.
Use transaction code SE38 to launch the report. Click on F8 (Execute) to run the report.
The execution is very fast and you will receive some output similar like below screenshot.
