Symptom
User has reported that they having issue while creating and saving the sales order via transaction code VA01, VA02. The error stated, “Update was Terminated: Error during update of Table XXX (RC= 4, Key= xxx)”
Solution
1. Check the error details from transaction code SM13 – track any lock entries that related.
2. Go to transaction code ST22 – find any ABAP dumps related to the error.
3. Get help from ABAP & functional person to check.
