Solution
• Unplug the thumb drive, wait for a while and try to insert again.
• Plug in your thumb drive with no battery attached.
• Restart your computer and try again.
• Open the Device Manager, right click on the yellow warning signal and select Uninstall. Once uninstall, unplug the thumb drive. Plug in again and select the Scan for hardware changes.

• Update the thumb drive driver (Update your Windows patches as well).
• Insert your thumb drive into another computer (if possible find the different versions of Windows).
• Find a new thumb drive!
