Solution
1. On transaction code SE16, check and verify the specific data class from the above error is maintained from table DDART. If not, please refer to https://itsiti.com/create-new-data-class-in-sap-oracle
2. Ensure, you are assigned with full authorization user while executing the support packages (SPAM/SAINT)
