You just finish downloaded a file from the internet using the Internet Explorer. When you want to open the file, below error coming out,
Solution
Open the Internet options and jump to Security tab. Click the Internet zone and choose on Custom level.
Scroll down and look for Downloads. Select the option to Enable the File download.
Next, still under Internet zone, find the Launching applications and unsafe files and click on Prompt. Click OK .
Click Apply and try to open the file again. If still not working, apply the above steps to other zones as well.
