Execute transaction code SPAM and select Imported Support Packages under the Directory tab.
Scroll down and look for ST (SAP Solution Manager Tool). Expand the ST and you will get the list of imported / installed support packages. In this example, the level is SPS04 – based on SP 0004.
Alternatively, you can get the information from the SAP System Status to get the same information.
