Launch the report RDSMOPREDUCEDATA from the transaction code SE38 or SA38. Under systems selection, you can define the criteria,
- All Systems without restriction
- By log SID(s) & LMDB System Type(s)
- By short SID(s)
- By installation number(s)
For sessions selection, choose below items under session types,
- EarlyWatch Alert
- EarlyWatch Alert for Solutions
- Service Level Reporting
Select delete as the operation to perform with the selections below (under in database)
- Session components
- Session documents
- Session downloads
Define the selections
- Retain sessions from the last (30) days.
- Execute COMMIT after number of sessions/document (10)
- Check the box in do not list selected elements.
From top menu, select Goto > Variants > Save as Variant.
Save the variant.
Next, launch transaction code SM36. Set the following options,
- Enter the job name
- Schedule the job to run daily (in the Start condition)
- In Step, define the ABAP program and the variant which you have maintained earlier.
Once above setup is done, you can monitor the job completion via the transction code SM37.
