The SAP EWA or SAP EarlyWatch report will be generated on the weekly basis and you can have it sent to your mailbox as part of the EWA configuration.
But in some cases, you might have accidentally delete them from your mailbox and one day, your superior is asking the SAP EWA report. So, how to get them since the report is no longer available in your mailbox or laptop.
Solution
In the SAP Solution Manager 7.2, open the transaction code SM_WORKCENTER.
Select SAP Engagement and Service Delivery tab. Click on the SAP EarlyWatch Alert Sessions.
You can filter by the System name and proceed to download the report accordingly.
If you are looking for older reports (for reports that are older than 7 days). Expand the tray (as highlighted in screenshot below).
Define the Planned on and To dates. Filter the System if required. You will get the list of reports from the date period.
