SU01: SYSTEM CLASSCONSTRUCTOR FAILED

Symptom

In your recently installed SAP Solution Manager 7.1, there is ABAP dump generated whenever you are creating, deleting or changing the users in transaction code SU01.

From the transaction code ST22, the ABAP dump shows as below,

What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program

The current ABAP program “SAPLRHS0” had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

Solution

Refer to SAP Note 1839603 – Dumps in SU01 due to missing plan version customizing in the client
