In Windows environment, go to Start > Administrative tools > Services. The services box will pop up and scroll up or down to look for keyword SAPCCM4X. Highlight the SAPCCM4X field and at the left side of the services box, you can see the functions to stop, start, pause or restart. If the SAPCCM4X is not running, you can click on start, pause for pausing, stop for stopping the agent and restart for restarting the SAPCCM4x agent.
