1. In transaction code RZ20, you can monitor the availability & performance overview of your SAP system using the default SAP CCMS monitor template.
2. Double click on Availability and Performance Overview to display further details. There are 2 sections which is Availabilty & GMRG – Tested Availability (Web component). At here, you can tell the system is okay or not by referring to its color. Green color define the system is okay and red/yellow color is not okay. So, you need to do a deep further checking on the particular system.
3. You can drill down on the particular SAP system to check the system. From here, you’ll know which SAP system is affecting and the issue. For further checking, you can login to the affected system directly.
