Symptom
You have just completed installing a SAP Solution Manager 7.1 system and wanted to proceed to the SOLMAN_SETUP configuration.
Solution
This is the prerequisites required before you can setup the SOLMAN_SETUP. Please be noted that you may consistently need to refer to the official SAP Solution Manager installation / configuration guide before using below steps as references.
Profile Parameters
Create the following profile parameters in the instance profile:
• login/create_sso2_ticket = 2
• login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1
• icm/host_name_full = fully qualified server name
This parameter must be attributed to the fully qualified server name (for example, wdfd002568.wdf.sap). The name must contain at least two periods, see also SAP Note 434918.
• icm/server_port_1 = PROT=SMTP,PORT= xx; for example: 25000
• login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0
• icm/conn_timeout; for example: 20000
• icm/keep_alive_timeout; for example: 240
• SAPLOCALHOSTFULL = fully qualified server name
For the parameters to be used by the system, the system must be restarted

Transport Management System
Activate the Transport Management System. You can enable this by using transaction code STMS in client 000.
Result
You can now execute the transaction code SOLMAN_SETUP
