
Symptom
You need approval to download patches, support packages from SAP Service Market Place.

Solution
1. Login to the SOLMAN system and execute transaction code AISUSER. Switch to Change mode. Add a new entry and fill in a User (Your username or any) and Contact (OSS ID – without S and 0). Please make sure the User is existed in the system.

2. Execute transaction code SE37 and run the function module, /TMWFLOW/MO_UI_BASKET_AUTHORIZ. Press Execute (F8) again.

3. A pop up will appear. Find and select the patches/support packages that in approval basket earlier. Choose Confirm Download.

4. Go to Download Basket again and click on the file. You can now download the file.
