Symptom
When dealing with Maintenance Optimizer (MOPZ), below message coming out,
Required file K-abcdefgh.SAR is not visible for your user S-ID – Display Help.
Solution
You need to raise a ticket to SAP via the component XX-SER-SAPSMP-SWC. This probably due to,
• You used the wrong S-ID
• Limited authorization of S-ID.
• Your company does not have a license for the product version you are trying to download
